WORKSHOPS & COURSES
Both beginners and advanced students are welcome to attend my Sunday workshops and Friday evening classes. You can practise calligraphy using my examples / models in various writing styles of your choice, such as standard script (Kaisho), cursive script (Gyōsho), grass script (Sōsho), chancery script (Reisho) and seal script (Tensho) – or you can try to bring your own ideas into calligraphy. With patience and concentration, anything is possible.
All workshops and courses take place at the Japanese Language Studio at Eisfeldstrasse 30, 8052 Zürich.

Note: Instead of CHF 120, the workshop will cost CHF 130 per day from 2026 onwards.

Cancellation
One-Day Workshops:
• 7 or more days before the workshop starts: Full refund of the fee paid.
• 6 to 1 day before the workshop starts: No refund. But you receive full credit for a workshop at a later date.
• No cancellation until the day of the workshop: No refund and no entitlement to make up the course free of charge at a later date.
Regular Course:
• 7 or more days before the course starts: Full refund of the fee paid.
• Less than 7 days: 50% refund or full credit for a course at a later date.
